Costa Limited Summer Promotion GB Terms and Conditions

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

• The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Costa Limited Coffee, its group companies, participating retailers, agents their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
• Entrants must be 18 years or over.
• Internet access and registration required.
• Scan QR code on pack to launch the website.
• Entry is only valid via the website for a chance to enter and win instantly or via a weekly draw.
• Entry to the online promotion opens at 00:00 on Monday 2nd June 2025 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 27th July 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be eligible to win a prize in the main online promotion (Online Instant Win or any of the Weekly Prize Draws). Entries received between 00.00 on Monday 28th July 2025 and 23.59 on Tuesday 30th September 2025 will be entered into the online Mop up prize draw only.
• There is a maximum of 2 entries per person per day in total for the main promotional period.
• Maximum of 1 win per person per prize type during the promotion.
• No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the total limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

Promotional Period

• The Main Promotional period to enter for instant win prizes runs from 2nd June 2025 until 23:59 27th July 2025 with auto entry into the weekly prize draws.
• Entries outside of these times and dates will not be valid and thus no opportunities to win will occur.
• The Mop-up prize Draw runs from 28th July 2025 until 9:00am 30th September 2025.

• All entrants will be providing the barcode found on pack, their full name, D.O.B, and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion).
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid, or repetitive entries, statutory rights are not affected.
• Max 2 entries per person, per day.

Instant Win

• During the promotion, online instant win prizes are randomly allocated and linked to open 'winning moments' that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure independently verified computer programme. There are 740 winning moments available throughout the promotion. The first person to enter at the same time or being the first after any allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won an Online Instant Win prize.
• The winning moments are available to be won throughout the Main Promotional Period. There will be no fixed number of online instant wins (winning moments) each day or week. Prizes (winning moments) will roll over from day to day and week to week, until the end of the Promotional Period and thus are available to be won at any point throughout.
• There will be a total of 740 winners over the Promotional Period. All 740 prizes are available to be won but are not guaranteed to be won during the Promotional Period, but in this instance may be added and therefore won during the Mop Up Promotional Period instead.
• Online instant win winners will be notified online immediately after entry and told to keep an eye on their email inbox where they will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) and next steps
• Winners will then be notified via a confirmation email within 24 working hours of receiving their on-screen notification and asked to provide via a secure link, additional information which may include their name, confirmation of their mobile number, proof of age (passport, driving license or equivalent), email address, their UK/Irish bank details and county of residence to assist with verification and fulfilment of their prize, to announce them as a winner (if no objections arise). The financial information will be required to complete prize fulfilment. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited
• Once any required information has been verified, they will receive a second confirmation email informing them that their cash prize will be sent to them within 7 working days via BACS transfer. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
• The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and to receive information to allow fulfilment of the prize and to arrange the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to 2) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to first notification after 14 days or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their prize, is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this original win to them and to reallocate the prize to the Mop Up Prize Draws. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified.
• All instant win entrants, win or lose will be automatically entered into the weekly prize draws.

Weekly Draw

• For the auto entry into weekly draws, each weekly draw's entries close 23:59 on the Sunday following the week prior (i.e. each draw starts on a Monday running 00:00 Monday to 23:59 the following Sunday).
• Entries will not be carried forward to any subsequent weekly draws.

Mop Up Draw

• To enter into the Mop Up prize draw you need to enter during the Mop up draw period and follow the instruction above, however, there will be no entry into any other draws.
• All valid entrants will, upon entering Mop Up Prize draw will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Mop Up prize draw.

Prizes

Prizes available to be won in the promotion:

Instant Win

• £10 Cash prize (600 of) – delivered by BACS
• £20 Cash prize (100 of) – delivered by BACS
• £50 Cash prize (40 of) – delivered by BACS

Once winners have been verified and bank details have been supplied, all cash prizes will be sent via BACS. Please allow for 7 working days for the prize to show up in a valid bank account following the valid claim and the completion of the verification process. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they provide valid UK bank details for prize fulfilment.

It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information. The Promoter will be unable to amend a payment once the winner's details have been submitted at the verification stage.

Weekly Draw

• Boardmasters (6th – 10th August 2025)– 8 Pairs of VIP e- tickets to the festival with VIP Glamping e- tickets available to be won.

Each Boardmasters VIP festival prize consists of: 2 VIP tickets for the 2024 Boardmasters Festival in Newquay, Cornwall for entry from Wednesday 6th August until Monday 11th August 2025. Earliest entry is Wednesday 6th August 2024 and the festival must be vacated by 12-noon Monday 11th August 2025. VIP tickets include a VIP camping ticket, including 1 x VIP glamping tent (1x Glamping tent per pair of VIP tickets won), dedicated luxury showers and toilets, fast track entry to VIP campsite and arenas, access to the VIP area in the main arena, complimentary parking pass for standard parking (1 per prize) and 24 hour reception desk. Bedding and towels are provided with the VIP glamping tent for use during the festival. No food or drink provided as part of VIP prize. £500 spending money will be given as part of prize (total £500 per winning pair of tickets).

• Boardmasters 6th – 10th August 2025)– 8 Pairs of general access tickets to the festival with camping e- tickets available to be won.

Each Boardmasters general access prize consists of: 2 general access tickets for the 2024 Boardmasters Festival in Newquay, Cornwall for entry from Wednesday 6th August until Monday 11th August 2025. Earliest entry is Wednesday 6th August 2025 and the festival must be vacated by 12-noon Monday 11th August 2025. General access tickets include a standard camping ticket (winners are responsible for providing their own camping equipment). No food or drink provided as part of prize. £200 spending money will be given as part of prize (total £200 per winning pair of tickets).

• Winner will be notified within 2 days of the relevant promotional weekly draw closing dates.
• Winner and companion must be 18 years of age to attend.
• Winner must be available to travel to the event, on the dates highlighted based on the various prize packages as specified by the Promoter or forfeit the prize.
• The Promoter is not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, local disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, and quarantines and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets.
• By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions set forth on the event ticket and the event organizer.
• Winner understands and agrees that Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove a winner or his/her guest(s) from any activity at any time if the winner's or his/her guest's behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Promoter, and in such a case, the winner will still be solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the prize. The Promoter is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event.
• Promoter is not liable for any activities independently arranged by winner while in the festival destination or external excursions personally arranged in the local area.
• Promoter will not be held responsible for any goods or services provided outside of the allocated winning prize.
• Winner and travel companions are responsible for complying with any COVID-19 or similar type requirements should they be set forth by Promoter, event venues or other vendors offering services that are part of the trip prize. Failure to comply with any required COVID-19 or similar type requirements, may result in forfeiture of select elements of the prize or the entire prize.
• Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Promoter's sole discretion.
• Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
• By accepting this travel Prize and attending the festivals winner and winner's guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure with any COVID-19 or similar type situation.
• If the Tickets are obtained or used in breach of the terms and conditions of entry, they will be automatically void. The bearer will be refused entry and, if already in the Event, will be ejected, in either case without refund.
• All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the prize description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law the promoter excludes any and all liability (and minimum liability when required) for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your entry into the promotion or arising from your acceptance and use of the Prize.

Winning tickets for the festival events will be authorised for use as part of the relationship between Costa Limited and the Festival owners.

Mop Up Draw

• Entries submitted outside the Main Promotional Period will not be included in any of the promotional weekly draws, however entries received, between 28.07.25 – 30.09.25 will be entered into the Mop Up Draw only.
• Each Mop Up Draw will be for the chance to win 1 x £250 online retail gift card.
• Maximum of 100 entries into the Mop-Up draw.

Winner selection and notification

• During the overall promotion, consumers who have entered the Instant win will be automatically entered into the relevant weekly prize draw based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding prize draw above.
• Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place.
• The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 working days including their address and if a cash prize, bank details via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them of the process of their prize, or if cash, that their bank transfer will be with them within 28 working days of the date of verification. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
• Prizes are strictly non-transferable and will be issued to the winning entrant only. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
• The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative weekly draw or Special draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to one (1) reserve have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
• The Instant win prizes will be fulfilled by cash via Secure, BACS transfer to the nominated bank account.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

General Information

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, plus all wins and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
• A list of Instant win and weekly winners' surnames and their counties, will be available by emailing your request to gbcic@coca-cola.com and using the subject line 'Costa Limited Coffee GB Promotion' within 3 months of the promotion closing. The promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing gbcic@coca-cola.com. The promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
• Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.
• The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.
• In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
• The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
• The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
• Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the website may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

• Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

• If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.
